The Opportunity
EBOS Healthcare is excited to offer an internal opportunity for a motivated and digitally savvy team member to step into the role of Marketing Account Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a passion for digital marketing, and is eager to drive brand and partner engagement across our platforms.
This role plays a key part in strengthening our relationships with key manufacturers by embedding them into our digital ecosystem and creating meaningful value propositions that support investment in our business.
What you will do
- Strategic Marketing Support:
Support the development and execution of the annual digital marketing plan in collaboration with the eCommerce Team Leader and Customer Experience Manager. - Budget & Revenue Contribution:
Contribute to the marketing budget through partner engagements, including selling digital real estate on our platforms. - Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to coordinate and support campaign activations. - Social Media Engagement:
Assist in social media content development and execution, working to drive engagement and brand presence. - Digital Asset & Content Development:
Create compelling digital content and marketing assets for distributors and end users. - Campaign Execution & Journey Mapping:
Support the execution of digital campaigns aligned with customer journey maps and business goals. - Customer EDM Coordination:
Work with the Marketing team to deliver effective EDMs and ensure alignment with campaign objectives. - Website & Content Management:
Maintain and regularly update the company website, landing pages, and intranet content. - Digital Program Management:
Support digital initiatives such as advertising, lead generation, and promotional campaigns. - Performance Reporting:
Use analytical tools to track and report on campaign performance, generating actionable insights.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, channels, and best practices.
- Effective communicator with excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in digital performance reporting and analytical tools.
