The opportunity
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supporting TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies across South Australia to achieve strong commercial outcomes, exceptional customer experiences, and high standards of healthcare delivery. Acting as the key link between Network Partners and the Support Centre, you will help translate strategy into action while building capability and driving business performance across the network.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader or pharmacist who enjoys coaching, influencing, and working collaboratively to help businesses thrive. You'll work closely with pharmacy owners and store teams to identify growth opportunities, implement initiatives, and support the successful execution of the TerryWhite Chemmart brand experience across retail, health services, and operations.
What you will do
- Partner with pharmacy owners and store leaders to drive sales growth, profitability, and business performance.
- Coach and develop pharmacy teams to deliver exceptional customer service and healthcare outcomes.
- Support the implementation of retail, marketing, and health service initiatives across the network.
- Facilitate business planning, performance reviews, and the identification of growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with Network Partners and Support Centre teams to drive engagement and success.
- Promote operational excellence, compliance, and consistency across all supported pharmacies.
What we are looking for
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and improve business performance.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading change initiatives and successfully driving execution.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow and succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships in a dynamic environment.
- For pharmacist applicants: Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist and full-scope practice capability in South Australia, including vaccination accreditation.
