Join our team at MD Scopes in Warriewood as a Repair Technician where you will learn and execute fundamental activities involved in the repair and servicing of flexible or rigid scopes. Role will include accurately and efficiently assessing, maintaing, and repairg endoscopes and medical devices, ensuring optimal performance, diagnostic integrity, and patient safety.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess endoscope functionality and diagnostic integrity
- Disassemble, test, and repair medical devices
- Confirm repairs meet product specifications
- Record faults, repairs, and generate service reports
- Follow SOPs, policies, and 5S workplace standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
To be successful you will need:
- Experience in a technician or repair role
- Strong attention to detail with intricate components
- Ability to work with small parts and precision tools
- Confident using systems and repair reporting software
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong teamwork and communication capability
