Territory Manager - SA/NT/TAS

This role based in Adelaide presents a fantastic opportunity to join a leading medical device company where you will be well supported in learning the business and our products to perform at your best. In this role you will be involved in the management, facilitate the sales, technical and clinical support, and training (external and internal) of products within the Abdo-Pelvic product portfolio. You will be working closely with the National Sales Manager to ensure territory and company objectives are achieved.
We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual who:
- Is self-motivated and an extremely professional individual.
- Has excellent communication skills & Interpersonal Skills.
- Possesses Strong work ethic and professional outlook
- Holds a Tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Science or similar).
- Has experience within the medical industry and hospital theatres
- Has experience in urology and gynae is preferred with a background in sales
- Has a proven track record of success in implant sales and / or sales into hospital theatres.
- Understands the sales process, buying cycles & key stakeholders involved.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a yearly territory business plan for the product portfolio that is in line with LifeHealthcare’s overall expectations for the division, across SA, NT & TAS.
- Building relationships with key customer accounts including all areas of administration, finance, clinical staff and nursing staff by way of sales meetings, education and clinical case support.
- Liaising with the Managers on a regular basis in relation to strategic sales objectives, including progress on planned sales meetings and specific outcomes.
- Conducting regular in-services on products to relevant Hospital Departments including Operating Room in the metropolitan and country regions.
- Maintaining Customer Account profiles within the LifeHealthcare CRM database to ensure customer details and call activities are current.
- Providing clinical support for the product portfolio in South Australia.
