You will be part of a new commercial team reporting to the National Sales & Development Manager to drive commercial growth through customer focussed engagement. This role is responsible for executing the national sales and development strategies in their territory to increase the adoption and clinical utilisation of allograft products across an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a territory business plan aligned with national sales and marketing strategy
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics; provide regular territory intelligence to the commercial team
• Identify new opportunities for new hospital accounts or expanding the use of the allograft range in existing accounts.
• Promote a broad portfolio of allograft products across multiple indications and specialties
• Support new product launches and portfolio expansions within the territory
• Provide in-theatre case support as required and organise and deliver product in-services, workshops, conferences and educational events
• Maintain CRM records, call reporting, and territory data
Experience & Qualifications:
• 3+ industry experience within biotech/orthopaedic medical device sales, marketing or product management
• Tertiary qualifications in health sciences, nursing, biomedical engineering or similar preferred
• Self-Driven and able to work autonomously and motivate by setting and achieving short- and longer-term targets
• Car Licence required
