Territory Manager

Part of a large, high functioning and collaborative Team, you’ll work closely with the broader NSW Extremities team in providing clinical support for surgical procedures in Upper Limb. Critical to this role is building strong relationships with our surgeons and nursing staff. You will be provided with support and training around our product because we believe what is most important is your desire to succeed and delighting in our customers success.

You will be comfortable to travel in this role covering a territory extending from the Eastern Suburbs through to the city and down to the Southern Suburb.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing surgeons
  • Providing in theatre support to Orthopaedic surgeons for relevant procedures
  • Building relationships with our key surgeons and their nursing staff by way of training, education, and clinical case support
  • Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guide as per each customer’s requirements.

 

Experience required:

  • A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy), nursing, Bachelor of Science or similar, is preferred.
  • Experience working in a hospital environment with orthopaedic surgeons is ideal, however consideration will be given to individuals who have a strong anatomy & physiology background.
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and the right to work in Australia as local travel will be a requirement of the role.
