The primary responsibility of the Inventory Controller is to facilitate the flow of inventory through EWM and ensure; inventory accuracy is maintained above business requirements (>98%) and customers both internal and external, requirements are satisfied within relevant time scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and resolution of errors
- Responsible for the creation and adherence to Cycle Count schedule
- Timely reconciliation of EWM cycle counts, including reporting of schedule adherence and results
- Manage day to day queries, discrepancies, investigations due to transactional or process errors
- Support LWM Controller and Consignment Inventory Controllers to align processes and schedule for cycle counting
- Manage the removal and quarantining of EWM expired inventory
- Actively collaborate with all LifeHealthcare continuous improvement activities
- Actively instigate EWM knowledge management and transfer
