TerryWhite Chemmart is seeking a passionate, commercially minded and experienced leader to join our network as a Group Pharmacy Manager supporting pharmacies across the Sunshine Coast region.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role, where you will partner with Pharmacy Managers to strengthen team capability, drive business performance, and ensure operational excellence across multiple sites.
The Opportunity
As a Group Pharmacy Manager, you will work closely with Pharmacy Managers, Retail Managers and leaders to support the overall performance, compliance and team engagement of each pharmacy within your portfolio.
You will play a critical role in coaching leaders, implementing strategy and driving consistency across your portfolio, ensuring every pharmacy delivers exceptional patient care and strong commercial outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will influence performance, build capability and drive results across multiple sites, while working closely with your Senior Group Pharmacy Manager and broader support teams.
In this role you will:
- Partner with Pharmacy Managers to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Provide ongoing leadership support to ensure operational excellence across dispensary and retail
- Support and motivate business performance by driving KPIs, financial metrics and local growth initiatives
- Support forecasting, budgeting and reporting to ensure financial performance across sites
- Lead regular site visits and one-on-one leadership meetings to build capability and accountability
- Be responsive to the needs of leaders and teams, driving consistency, communication and engagement across the network
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies in collaboration with the pharmacy leadership and the People & Culture team
- Ensure pharmacies are meeting professional, legislative and brand compliance standards
- Facilitate and lead meetings, training and development sessions across your portfolio
- Work closely with your Senior Group Pharmacy Manager to implement strategic initiatives and network priorities
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous performance uplift
About You
You are a credible and experienced pharmacy leader who thrives on influencing others, building capability and driving results across multiple teams.
You will bring:
- A current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist and Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in pharmacy management, or a multi-site senior retail leadership position
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret and drive performance outcomes
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to coach and motivate leaders
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work across diverse teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
