The Opportunity:

At DoseAid, we’re dedicated to supporting pharmacies and their patients with reliable, high quality medication packing services 💊📦. As our new Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll play a key role in delivering that promise.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional service to DoseAid's customers through efficient communication, coordination and issue resolution. This role acts as the primary conduit between customers, couriers and internal teams (production, scheduling and accounts) - ensuring smooth delivery of DoseAid's service promise. This position manages a broad range of operational and administrative tasks including order entry, production scheduling, medicine documentation, invoicing and credit management and report administration.

 

What You Will Do:

📩Be the first point of contact for all customer communication via phone and email.

📞Deliver exceptional service while representing DoseAid’s values and commitment to patient care.
🚚Support account maintenance, including updating customer details, delivery schedules and service notes.
🛒Manage incoming customer order files and ensure all system entries are accurate and up to date.
🧾Prepare, verify and process invoices and credits with precision.
🛠️Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure all medicine files are current, validated and compliant.
💬Contribute to smooth daily operations and drive continuous improvement in customer experience.

 

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A customer focused team member with 2+ years of experience in customer service or administration - ideally in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or a regulated environment.
✅ Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Teams.
✅ Experience with Salesforce, or a willingness and eagerness to learn.
✅ Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical when handling medicine files.
