About the Role

HPS is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy services at our two hospital in Launceston, Tasmania. This casual role offers the opportunity to deliver focused clinical pharmacy care and can be flexible around availabilities. 

Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to safe and effective medication management, supporting improved patient outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to in-patients
  • Conduct medication reviews and support therapeutic decision-making
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health teams
  • Support safe medication practices and clinical governance

 

About You

  • AHPRA-registered Pharmacist
  • Interest in hospital pharmacy
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
