The Role

EBOS Healthcare have a new opportunity for an energetic Product and Brand Business Development Manager with drive and resilience to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing growth opportunities for our infection prevention products within the Infection Prevention portfolio for EBOS Healthcare.

 

This includes driving market expansion, building strategic partnerships, increasing brand presence and supporting sales performance across healthcare, clinical and institutional sectors. 

 

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales and marketing execution, coupled with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory and service support teams.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans;
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and channels to expand our presence.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders including Hospitals, Healthcare providers, Procurement Managers and service providers;
  • Lead the introduction and positioning of new infection prevention products and technology;
  • Support tender submissions and contract negotiations;
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels customer satisfaction. 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Business, Life Science, Nursing or extensive industry experience (preferred but not essential);
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, including pricing, margin management and forecasting;
  • A collaborative approach and comfort working cross-functionally;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with planning/project tools a plus;
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable plans, anticipating future opportunities and risks;
  • Ability to analyse data, generate reports and provide insights/recommendations.
