The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst. Based at our Kemps Creek site, you will bridge the gap between operations and IT. You won't just gather requirements; you’ll define the value, build the business cases, and guide the technology that keeps our distribution network moving.
What You Will Do:
- Evaluate business needs: Assess initial project ideas to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Analyse systems: Conduct business and technology analysis to identify feasible solution options.
- Gather requirements: Define measurable business value and articulate expected outcomes for initiatives.
- Build business cases: Develop cost‑benefit analyses, risk profiles, and structured solution options.
- Engage stakeholders: Facilitate collaboration across business units and IT to ensure shared understanding.
- Support decisions: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive approval and prioritisation.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education or experience: Degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Core analysis skills: Proven ability in requirements gathering, feasibility assessment, and gap analysis.
- Industry expertise: Background in warehousing and distribution, with a strong understanding of ERP and WMS platforms.
- Technical knowledge: Exposure to automation technologies and complex, enterprise-level system integrations.
- Project delivery: Experience with platform upgrades, digital enhancements, and application modernisation.
- Financial acumen: Experience developing business cases with cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to translate complex technical information clearly.
- Stakeholder management: Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Problem solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity, think critically, and define measurable outcomes.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively and reprioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
