The Opportunity
Join EBOS Group as a Human Resources Business Partner on a 12-month contract. Supporting our Symbion & Healthcare Distribution (S&HD) team, this hands-on role balances day-to-day employee relations advice alongside proactive, high-value strategic business partnering.
Reporting to the Head of People – S&HD, you will join a collaborative ANZ HR function where you will deliver advice and support for the division’s operational and strategic plans. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving operational excellence, supporting change initiatives, and helping shape the future of our workforce.
This is a highly collaborative position where you will provide policy, process, and employee relations guidance, while actively supporting key HR initiatives. Your strong communication skills, administrative strength, high attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile, responsive environment will be critical to your success.
What You Will Do:
- Leader Support: coach, advise, and support leaders across all operational HR and project requirements.
- Team Capability: Advise managers on team structure and build capability through workforce planning and organisational change.
- Policy & Process: Support the updating, implementation, and communication of company policies, practices, and procedures.
- ER/IR Advice: Provide expert advice to managers on ER/IR matters in close consultation with key stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
- Generalist HR Experience: Proven background in a similar role, working across diverse stakeholder levels and business units.
- ER/IR Exposure: Practical experience across both operational and corporate, enterprise-wide workplaces.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Key Strengths: A pragmatic problem solver who achieves results through consultation, advice, facilitation, and influence.
- Work Style: Ability to work efficiently, with agility, and at pace in a dynamic environment with a professional communication style.
