HPS Pharmacies is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at HPS Lakeside in Joondalup. Whether you're an experienced hospital pharmacist or an early career pharmacist looking to transition from community pharmacy, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Hospital Pharmacist, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services to patients and healthcare teams. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you'll have opportunities to grow your clinical knowledge while contributing to safe and effective patient care.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supply to inpatients and outpatients
- Clinical medication reviews
- Medication reconciliation and counselling
- Supporting ward-based pharmacy services
- Working closely with medical, nursing and allied health teams
- Promoting medication safety and quality use of medicines
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Has a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Is eager to learn and develop clinically
- Enjoys working as part of a team
