The Projects & Operations Officer provides direct operational and administrative support to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, helping to keep production, warehouse & logistics, supply chain, and equipment and facilities functions running smoothly. You will be proactive, well organised and comfortable operating across multiple operational domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination across business units - managing the flow of information, tracking projects and actions, and ensuring nothing is missed.
- Day-to-day support to the Manager; scheduling, action tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintaining registers, timelines, and milestone tracking across all functional areas.
- Seeking and collating information as required, in preparation of update meetings.
- SOP and records support, audit and corrective planning/action tracking, TGA-aligned.
- Acting as a connective layer between the Manager and the operational teams.
Experience and Qualifications:
- NetSuite – Monday.com | Upkeep and data reporting
- Previous experience in an administration, and project management, (mandatory)
- Experience in healthcare, biomedical/biotechnology, or regulated environments (desirable)
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training as required
Work Hours:
- Monday-Friday. 7.5 hours per day, between 8am and 5pm
- Some weekend and out of hours work will be required
