Australian Biotechnologies is looking for a Hospital Relationship & Inventory Coordinator to support our hospital partners by ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless communication, and exceptional service delivery. This role sits at the intersection of customer relationships and operational execution, playing a critical role in maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating orders, and supporting clinical teams. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for hospital stakeholders while internally collaborating with supply chain, customer care, and sales teams to ensure products are available when and where they’re needed.
We are looking for someone who:
- Builds strong, trusted relationships with hospital stakeholders
- Can travel to our hospitals to manage inventory and ensure seamless supply and service delivery
- Takes ownership of inventory accuracy and stock visibility
- Is proactive and solutions-focused in resolving issues
- Communicates clearly across internal & external teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Balances customer service with operational priorities
To be successful you will need:
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or hospital environment
- Background in inventory, logistics, or supply chain roles
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence using systems (ERP/CRM/stock management tools)
