About the Role
HPS is seeking a Pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy services from HPS Norwest located inside Norwest Private Hospital. This full time role offers the opportunity to deliver focused clinical pharmacy care in a hospital setting.
Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to safe and effective medication supply and supporting improved patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Hospital dispensary manangement
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to in-patients
- Conduct medication reviews and support therapeutic decision-making
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health teams
- Support safe medication practices and clinical governance
About You
- AHPRA-registered Pharmacist
- Interest in hospital pharmacy
- Strong clinical and communication skills
