The Opportunity
The Category Manager – Continence, Urology & Nutrition is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability for the continence and nutrition product portfolios. This role will manage brand positioning, product lifecycle, and promotional activities together with the sales manager to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
What you will do
- Own and deliver the category strategy for the continence and nutrition portfolio, driving growth and profitability across the NZ market.
- Manage the end to end product lifecycle, including launches, tenders, forecasting, and margin performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and agency suppliers to support commercial and operational outcomes.
- Plan and execute marketing, promotional, and education initiatives to support customers and internal teams.
- Partner closely with sales and aged care teams to provide category insights, customer support, and sales enablement.
