Aged Care Account Manager

The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic team in a territory-focused Account Manager role, driving growth within the aged care and clinical sector. You will leverage your experience to manage key accounts, build strong relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of a well-established product portfolio.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and grow key customer relationships within your territory
- Deliver on sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and execute business and account plans
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Analyse data to support commercial decisions and strategy
- Provide product training in clinical environments
- Maintain strong field engagement, with travel across the territory on a 4–8 weekly basis
What We Are Looking For:
- Extensive experience in a customer-facing or clinical setting
- Minimum 5 years’ Account Management experience
- Tertiary and/or clinical qualification
- Proven field sales experience
- Strong analytical and business planning skills
- Experience working in clinical environments
- Confident in using excel and ability to analyse data
- Commercial acumen and experience working in a distribution environment is desirable.
