About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge (Operations) to lead pharmacy operations at one of our key sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to drive operational excellence, support clinical service delivery, stakeholder engagement and contribute to a high-performing healthcare team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership across pharmacy services
  • Oversee dispensary workflows, stock management, and compliance
  • Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as hospital executives to support clinical and operational outcomes
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive service optimisation

 

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (mandatory)
  • Proven leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy setting
  • Strong operational and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and drive accountability
  • Experience in improving systems, workflows, and service delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
